1/3 cup skim milk
1/3 cup water
½ banana, sliced thinly
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Splenda granular or sugar (or 2 packets of Splenda or Truvia)
dash cinnamon
Combine oats, milk, water, and banana in medium bowl and microwave for 90 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients, stir, and enjoy!
